Terry is The Hive's queen bee. She does all the really unglamourous things that come with owning a recording studio - accounting, painting, marketing, dishes, buying toilet paper - you get the idea. She also developed and ran our imprint label, Hive-Fidelity Recordings, from 2001-2006.

Terry's most important job is organizing Colin's life and insane schedule.

Prior to the Hive, Terry worked as a concert promoter / talent buyer for over 8 years with companies such as Teamworks Management, New Music West, Richards on Richards, Sealed With a Kiss Presents, The Blue Lizard Cocktail Club, and The Java Joint. She has also produced many concerts independently, and In 2001 set local ticket sales records for an independently produced concert without the use of Ticketmaster.

Terry likes to talk about her dog a lot and measures in at just under 5ft 2".
